Location clean

The bathroom vanity basin in room not bathroom hot water jug there but no power point in area to use have to take to bedside table or vanity basis and air conditioner s filter s are always dirty I clean them every time every hotel I stay in NOW I always check the filters if not too bad BUT I have been in hotels the filters have 2 cm dirt on them which I refused to stay at and left

nice staff, old hotel especially the old building which is need to be renovated

The staff was willing to help us during the check-in process. The security guard at parking lot provided us the space for our car during the peak time period. He also brought the cart to carry all of our belonging and sent it directly to our room even our room was on the second floor and the building doesn't have an elevator.

We got this room because the promotion hot deal on the booking. We did not expect the environment surrounded the room like this. Our room was located on the old building of the hotel where does not have an elevator. The bathroom was so old and not that clean. Everything looks old and need to be renovated. Compare the price that we paid we can get the better room around the same price : more space, the bathtub in the bathroom and kettle for coffee

Some problems with bathroom shower handle hanging loose from wall. Keycard not working two times. Thought payments did not went through but they did even if I got the impression from staff not working

What was the highlight of V-One Hotel Korat

OK for a short stay.

Parking was easy with lots of spaces. Breakfast was a good mix of Thai and Western with eggs cooked fresh for you. The staff at breakfast were eager to please, but a little to quick to remove plates etc from the table. The doorman at the main door was very attentive.

Check in was very poor. Three staff at the desk trying to check us in. We were the only ones checking in but it took 15 minutes. Very poor system dealing with Booking. com customers. Kept asking for for my name didn't understand about the booking.com confirmation number. When we got to the room the key card opened the lock OK, but didn't work the electricity, so the bell boy got another card. I had stayed at this hotel when it first opened, now the rooms were tired. Chipped painted work, dirty marks on the walls, chipped mirror in the bathroom and marks on the doors. No full length mirror in the room. Also difficult to connect my laptop to the wi-fi system.

Good breakfast and nice accommodations.

Convenient location. Breakfast.

Poor communication process at reception desk. We traveled later than our team. The room access card was left at the desk for our convenience. Night shift receptionist required us to awaken our staff because he couldn’t find the card. It was after 1 AM. I was very disappointed to have to awaken my team for them to tell your staff where the key was located.

Overwall it is a nice hotel with great superior room,large and clean. The stuff was wonderful! Location- near the center although quiet. There is good restaurants near by and a 7/11 shop at the road entrance!

It was a bit uncomfortable that the sink is located inside the room, not inside the bathroom. The price was a bit high

Not bad but not perfect place

The breakfast that the hotel provided was really good and awesome. The security guards, maids and receptionists are really friendly and nice.

In my opinion, the theme of the hotel looks a bit weird, but it's fine for the boutique hotel. The sofas in each room look a bit dirty but okay to sit for a short time (You should not sleep right there if you get allergic to dust).
